If you go to the page for S.E. Hinton's The Outsiders, the very first review is one that has been cut and pasted from audiofile but it is also not a review of The Outsiders (It is a review of a YA novel about teen pregnancy). So would you flag it as an abuse of TOS for the copyright issue or as "not a review" because it's not a review of The Outsiders? Or is this an example of a review that should get both flags?

I'd be happy with both!

TOS is obviously more serious than a blue flag, so if you are only in the mood to give one flag, the red is more appropriate.

Note - "first" Now that we can sort in several different manners using "the first" is not the best way of describing which review you are talking about.... this was the fifth on the way I view reviews. The chain icon gives the specific URL for that review, probably the most specific way of indicating which one you mean.

Ahh ok, I didn't know that. I will check it out. I believe it's the first if you sort by date i.e. it's the most recent.

Well it has been flagged into oblivion. :-) Along with the 3 other copy and paste reviews.
