I came across Edoardo Albert's blog and I mentioned that the LibraryThing reviewers never received their copies of Oswiu: King of Kings. He very graciously contacted his publisher. Here is his response:

I've just been in contact with my editor at Lion and she will be more than happy to send out copies to everyone who should have received one. Could you either contact her directly at jessicat@lionhudson.com or give me your email address and I will chase it up for you and then get back to you.

I hope the other ER winners do the same thing. Apparently there was a glitch with the American distributers.
My copy,which arrived last week, did have a form letter enclosed that said "Congratulations on winning a complimentary copy of Oswiu:King of Kings from LibraryThing and Kregel publications." Hopefully, all 15 ER winners have now received their copies. If not, contact Eduardo Albert.
