Should Lisa help the Guild given they are likely to use the knowledge of the Judas Strain for nefarious reasons?

She doesn’t really have a choice so she needs to help them. Also by helping them if she may be able to discover and the antidote which will help later once this disease is released from Christmas island

She's between a rock and a hard place. Helping them may be also be helping her. At this point anything she can learn about the disease will be beneficial. Sometimes you can't choose who benefits and who doesn't.

She doesn’t have a choice but she can hold back information about the antidote if she figures that out and not tell them.

She has to help to stay alive in the short term; but with luck, she may also stumble across something which could help delay or defeat Patanjali.
