No he shouldn’t feel guilty. Jesse Probably ask questions that were a little too pointers or was not careful enough. And got himself into that situation. I think will see him again

No I don’t think Monk should feel guilty about Jesse and I definitely feel like we will see Jesse again.

I think we'll see Jessie again. Monk doesn't have anything to feel sorry about.

Jessie didn't really give Monk a chance to refuse his help, and he'd have continued to work against the pirates on his own in any case, so Monk need not feel guilty.
Jessie will turn up again - either alive and kicking in the jungle, or awaiting the cooking pot in the camp of the cannibals.
