I just found out that there is a new function when you click on a touchstone in a thread: It gives you two options now:
1) Highlight
2) work info

When I click on highlights, nothing is happening so far. Is this a new function whose introduction I missed? Or perhaps highlighting a work for the wishlist?... but that may be wishful thinking ;)

edited to say: Did one of you master-stalkers hear the lt-crew talk about that?

Highlighting just means that the work title gets a yellow background (like with a highlighter marker) wherever it is in the thread so that you can find it more easily when scrolling down.

Pride and Prejudice (to give you a sample to try it on!)

Strange, not working for me..... even I click it several times, nothing gets highlighted.

Perhaps this is rather something for bug collectors :(

You have to click the touchstone on the list on the right, not within the post.

Don't feel bad, it took me a bit to figure it out too. :)

It may be a browser problem - though I'm using the usually dreadful IE 6.0 and it works for me.

It worked for me when I just tried it. I noticed this feature some time ago and I don't remember any time since then that it didn't work OK. FF/Mac

Hasn't this always been there, or am I imagining things?

New? Those options have always been there as far as I can recall.
