26 records entered in LT 7/20/2023 not in TinyCat

I entered 26 records in LT, 25 added to Opera DVD collection and 1 to DVD collection, on 20 July. None of these records are displaying in TinyCat. Also, one of these records was manually entered (LT book ID 244615323) and the display in LT say it is owned by 0 libraries. All 26 DVD records display in LT. Any idea what happened to TinyCat?

>1 GHA.Library:, can you see them in the LibraryThing interface? In which collection were they placed. Often problems like this are related to not putting them in the "Your Books" collection.

Also, indexing for the purpose of searching and perhaps also TinyCat can take some time, especially if the servers have a backlog. Since you are reporting that these were entered on the same day that you did not see them (July 20), it is possible that it is merely a matter of time.

I would still check to be sure they are in the collection.

What collections do you have set in TinyCat?

It is better to give the full URL fora problem as looking up with just a book number is a pain.

I've got exactly the same problem. Books added to LT yesterday still appear as Recently Added on Add Books but can't be found on Your Books or TinyCat search. Have tried title, ISBN and our own barcode. Searching on Author shows other books but not those added yesterday

Looks like we might have an indexing problem for books added at least yesterday.

e.g. I can view your 7/20 books in your Opera DVD Collection on LT, but I cannot search for any of them on LT or TC.

ccatalfo is out today, who would normally be able to look into this at a systemic level. For now, I'm going to try re-indexing your libraries individually to see if that helps. I'll check back in a few.

I reindexed >1 GHA.Library: and >4 BradwellCommLibrary: awhile ago, and still not seeing the newly added books. I'll need to see if a developer can help me, or we may have to wait until ccatalfo returns. Sorry for the wait. We'll post here with updates.

My reindexing seems to have finally gone through, nearly 3 hours later. If >1 GHA.Library: and >4 BradwellCommLibrary: can check your catalogs, you should be set (at least for books added yesterday)? We're still looking at the indexing issues on the whole, in the thread mentioned at >7 kristilabrie:

>7 kristilabrie: Very similar issue here. Added ~200 books to Collection 1 a few days ago via .csv import and they uploaded and worked perfectly. Added 1 title manually yesterday to Collection 2 and it does not appear anywhere in TinyCat, after a full 24 hours wait.
Searching through forums shows that this "sync issue" comes up rather frequently and not a particularly good look for a paying software product.
