Publisher Sending Other Emails

Hi,
I've won ebooks through a publisher, and now they send me emails about all their other books that are being published.
I didn't think that was something they were allowed to do from gaining me information from here.
I know I can't block their email as I might win some ebooks from them in the future, I'm not mad just tired of more 'junk mail' being sent to me without my permission. Not sure how I can tell them to not do that anymore.

They can invite you to join such a newsletter, when sending you your copy, but they cannot automatically enroll you.
