Found: YA Thriller about rich hunting poor

I read this book in Middle School (2017-2020), and here's what I can remember:

High School girl enters a new private school (maybe boarding school)
Rich kids (about 3 total) invite girl and other "poor kids" (about 2-3 total) for a weekend hunting trip
Starts out kinda creepy, but nothing dangerous
Eventually the rich kids begin trying to hunt the poor ones
MC and her friend find lots of books filled with names in the main cabin, revealing that this hunting trip is some big tradition for the rich kids
In the books, MC's friend sees his father's (or grandfather's) name in it, showing that he was somehow connected to the hunts years ago
None of the poor kids die, but the head rich kid (Henry/Harold? some H name) dies by falling off a waterfall
Rich kids death becomes internet famous
All the kids go back to the school, and it ends with the MC seeing a special ring on the headmaster's finger (the ring is in some way connected to the hunts and shows how there's a bigger conspiracy at play within the school)
