I don't believe there is a way to export JUST your tag list.
You can export your book list with the tags included.
Go under the "More" tab in the chocolate header.
On the new page that loads, find a box that says "Import/Export"
A new page opens, where on the right side will say "Export as EXCEL" or "EXPORT AS TAB DELIMITED"
Click on one of those two options, then on the next page, you can either narrow your export options to specific collections or a few other options. Or you can export all books.
If you choose to filter, the button is on the bottom of the page. If you just want all books, it's the first big blue button.

How about going a bit old fashioned and using the browser view itself and ending up with a csv file with the number of books behind each tag (which you can clean easily enough in a text editor)?
Go to your profile: https://www.librarything.com/profile/spauldingcenter
Click on the "show more" next to the list of tags until all of them show up. Now just copy the list into a text file.
It is not exactly an export but it is workable :)
You can also copy from https://www.librarything.com/tags/spauldingcenter - which will give you one tag per line if you prefer that. Which is then easily manipulated (it adds a line where you have a column break so you need to clean these).
