Collectable part works with 'official' binder

How would you classify the media type on these?

I've just added https://www.librarything.com/work/2267941/book/260789419 and can't think how to define the media type. It's basically a collection of recipe cards that were produced (IIRC) in monthly batches, and the first batch came with the binder and dividers cards. Technically they are unbound, but the presence of the 'official' binder gives it a binder.

Loose-leaf?
