Mostly just an excuse for some BDSM stuff that wasn't really hot. The ending was a little simplistic. They got married drunk in Vegas. He loved her at first sight and had her all into the Dom/Sub thing within the week but she was not sure she wanted to commit to it since her mother was an abused wife (not in a BDSM way) but she could see similarities. So she wanted a divorce. Plus someone is trying to kill her. All this within a week taking up most of the book. He leaves to go on a SEAL mission and she spends 6 months learning to be a good sub from other people and surprises him with a scene in a dungeon in a house she's bought for them. The end. That took up maybe 5 pages. All the learning etc., was merely told about in a conversation she had to with him. ( )

It took me a little bit to get into this book and it didn't seem to really capture me much. It was so much the page turner I was hoping for. Some parts I really wanted to know what would happen next and others I couldn't care less.
But I did finish it so that's a good thing, I guess. ( )
