While I found each chapter's unsolved mystery to be intriguing, I was somewhat underwhelmed by the amount of possible explanations given for each event.

The author does a fairly decent job of fleshing out the mystery and doesn't do too badly at suggesting what he thinks the answer may be, but at the end of the day these are all UNSOLVED mysteries so you can't really expect much in the way of satisfying conclusions to each subject.

Since this book is a sequel to a previous Unsolved Mysteries book I also sometimes felt as though the mysteries were a little forced - not that they aren't mysteries, but that they are actually worthy of being in the book. Some of them were quite interesting but others were barely worth noting or are already well known.

I wasn't disappointed with the book as I did find it an easy and enjoyable read, but I have a feeling the first book is probably the better of the two. ( )
