Ah, poor Humphrey. No one bothered to explain to him about kids graduating and changing classes each year so he has to get used to a whole group of perfect strangers without knowing/understanding here his old class is. I enjoyed this. ( )

Humphrey is back in this story Back To School Days. But something is wrong. The students from before summer vacation are gone and Mrs. Brisbane's room is filled with strange students. He tries to tell her but she isn't listening "we're in the wrong classroom!". Humphrey works to uncover the mystery as he tries to find his old friends. It's a big task for a small hamster. Not only are his friends gone but there is the horror that Humphrey is going to be replaced! With all his nightly adventure will Humphrey learn the truth about the replacement? Will he understand that these new students need him as much as the old ones did.....maybe even more?
This is a great story, it's very cute and so imaginative. Any child starting to read novels will love this story and I bet any child who does will want a Humphrey of their own.
