It would work very well in a text set about plants, gardening, or something like that. I like this book because the illustrations are vivid and the information is concise. ( ) A little white dog has a great big garden full of living creatures. He finds other animals living in his garden and soon realizes that this is their garden too. This book is filled with bright and colorful illustrations that show the symbiosis of life. The text uses rhyme and repetition which makes it a good tool to teach inferring. This would be a great text to use when introducing the circle of life. I Have a Garden by Bob Barner Audio book so not able to see all the things being displayed. Among the bugs and other flying insects it shows other wonderful things that are found in a garden-flowers, a garden for all of us. I received this book from National Library Service for my BARD (Braille Audio Reading Device). Zeige 4 von 4 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen

HTML: "I have a garden," a frisky dog announces. In simple sentences, the dog guides new readers through a bright and lush garden, which is home to a chipmunk, a bird, a bug, and all sorts of other creatures. "This garden is for me," the dog continues. "No. This garden is for all of us. We have a garden," answer his animal neighbors.
