On the other hand... Something was missing. The entirety of the story was bit of a mess, like thoughts had not been finished. The characters came off very young, not really the age they were supposed to be. The second half of the story didn't really match with the first. It felt like the funny got sucked out the moment the guys started hanging out. I didn't really buy David being gay. I kind of (I think) understand why someone would act the way he did but I just didn't buy his sudden turn. Maybe if the story was told in both MC's POV it would have made a difference. David and Tam together then, I didn't feel it. I actually preferred it when they were "just friends".
And I really, really don't care for the fade to black sex scenes.
But, like my star rating says: It was okay. ( )
