At any rate, this book has a lot of recipes as any "normal" vegan cookbook would. But I found many of them to be rather complicated (the whole point is that I don't have time to cook and want to freeze things, I don't want to have to compile 100 ingredients and spend a ton of time doing this). I also didn't find a lot of information about how certain foods change after being frozen. I wouldn't be comfortable making and freezing any tofu dishes, for example. I've eaten tofu after it was frozen and it was disgusting (and I do actually love properly-cooked tofu, for the record). So in all, I didn't find anything new in here that I would be willing to try, and that's the number one thing I look for in a cookbook. ( )
