The Hero is really awful in this story.
He jilts her at the altar after finding evidence she is cheating.
He does not talk it through with her or allow to explain, admittedly the evidence is pretty damming but still his reaction, for years is extreme.
He goes on to life a manwhore lifestyle even marrying a gold digger, though it is short-lived.
There are no really intimate scenes with the Hero and other women but there is some gropping and references to them being intimate.
The evidence is false but when this is discovered I couldn't understand why they didn't go to the police as an assault took place, even if family were involved.
This book was one of the occasion when I felt the heroine might have been better off with someone else.
There is an alternative love interest for the heroine but it is new so she has not been intimate with him yet.
The Hero is so mean to the heroine, it is even mentioned that how can she trust him when he turned on her so quickly and has been so awful for so long.
HEA. If you can believe she will be happy with him and he won't become completely unreasonable over something in the future.
She does hesitate to take him back and he grovels, sort of but sometimes it goes too far and there is no redemption.
