There are many things to love about Erika Wilde and Carly Phillips Dirty Sexy series. The level of intensity is high, the sensuality is wicked and the guys are to die for. One subject that is not up for debate is that these men may have learned some hard lessons but they love hard and instantaneously. It takes a strong woman to tame a Kincaid brother. Dirty Sexy Cuffed is Levi's turn up to the plate. His family is his anchor. His job is his proudest achievement and his responsibilities are not ones to be taken lightly. His secret desires are what leads him to Sarah. Sarah is not what she seems and the twists that kept leading them together are also the ones that could tear them apart. Levi's story was not as clear as Clay and Mason's. There were links that I never saw coming in this story of sex, secrets and mystery. Kept me guessing. The most explosive reveal was saved for last. I received an ARC of Dirty Sexy Cuffed in exchange for an honest review. More on the suspense side than the previous two but nobody can do seduction like these two authors. ( )

This book was so worth the wait! Levi is the third Kincaid brother. I enjoyed tough paternal Clay & rebellious Mason but couldn't wait to discover quiet Levi's secrets. He is a cop & has started stopping by a convenience store to get the clerk, Sarah to go out with him. Sarah has her own secrets & is leery of getting involved with Levi. That is until Levi stops by one night & foils a robbery, saving Sarah & getting shot in the process.

This book is my favorite of the three! Erika & Carly are perfectly in tune with each other & you can't tell who is writing which part! The chemistry between Levi & Sarah jumped off the page from the very beginning & seemed to continue to grow stronger as the story goes on. Both main characters were damaged & traumatized by their childhoods in different ways but it seemed like that was a major part of them growing closer. They each understood where the other had been & was coming from. It would have been so easy for the writers to make the readers feel sorry for them but instead they managed to have the reader turn that around & admire them for overcoming their pasts. The plot moves at a continuous pace that keeps the reader involved. The characters were complex & evolving, even the supporting characters. There were references to the first two books but other than a little backstory, this could be read as a stand alone. There is even a small cliffhanger at the end to make the reader hunger for another book & it worked!!
