Goodness gracious. I have a joke that I have no limit when it comes to dark reads, but I think K. Webster found it with This Isn't Over, Baby and I just scooted the line over for her. With the occasional flashback, TIOB follows Gabe and Hannah, Baylee's daughter, several years after the events of TIWB and TILB. We see into Gabe's mind, understanding how he became the man he is, and with a weird twist K. Webster allows readers to find a reason to actually like Gabe. He becomes the voice of reason after meeting Hannah, a girl who takes after her father and mother in more ways than one. She's twisted and sick, her jealousy off the charts and her moral compass more than a little skewed. This is endearing to Gabe and in turn his depravity is endearing to Hannah. What grows between them is forbidden, disturbing, inappropriate, and totally the dark side of romance that K. Webster is famous for writing.

This Isn't Over, Baby is not for the faint of heart. You should read the War & Peace duet prior to picking up TIOB, but even those two novels won't prepare you for just how dark and evil K. Webster can be. However, if you're a fan of the villain, then this book is for you. I loved taking the leap into darkness with this series and knowing there are more coming has me so excited! ( )

I cannot get enough of these, if you couldn't tell. Each one is just as good as the last. Although, you must read the first two for this one to make sense. They are NOT standalones. I was shocked as hell at where the story takes us this time. Just damn!! K. Webster will flay you alive, piece you back together, and then open the wounds to pour salt on them. Phenomenal series. This one is going to be one that I talk about for a while. This is a definite must read, unless you are scared your demons will play really well with the ones you will meet. ( )

This was totally whacked. I've read some crazy stuff before but I think this tops most of them. I do applaud authors who take a risk and making a character that was so despicable in the previous two books and making him the main character in his own was certainly that.

Learning about what made Gabriel Sharpe into the depraved man he was definitely helped in garnering some sympathy from me. I could even go as far as saying I ended up liking him by the end. What I didnt like was who his woman ended up being. That ruined it for me on so many levels - and that ending - left me confused. To talk to much about her would be giving a huge spoiler.

Baylee and War fought so hard for their happiness and I was happy where they were at the end of the 2nd book. This book jumps 16 years ahead and complete insanity has ensued and pissed me off to be honest.

Most of what didnt work for me in this book is a personal preference so please dont let my opinion sway whether you read it. ( )
