Looking for a book that ties sports and never giving up on your dreams together? Then this book is for you! Stephen Curry: The Boy Who Never Gave Up is a great picture book for little athletes. Stephen Curry's Dad was a basketball player, so obvious Steph wanted to follow in his footsteps. He was shorter and smaller though, so he had to work extra hard to become the player he is today. His impressive story is outlined in this book, prompting young readers to work hard and never give up on their dreams (even if they seem impossible!). The illustrations are kind of weird, but the book as a whole is really good. It's inspiring and something young readers can find positivity in. Three out of five stars. This book is a great biography of Steph Curry. Anybody that likes basketball or sports would love this book. I really breaks down the story of Steph Curry from the beginning. I also really like how the book gives real actual life picture of Steph Curry from when he was younger. I really recommend this book! keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
The Boy Who Never Gave Up is the inspiring true story of NBA superstar Stephen Curry. This Fully illustrated picture book biography tells the story of a young boy who many said was too short to play in high school, too weak to play in college and not good enough to play in the NBA. Against all odds, this small boy who follows his dream, not only makes it to the NBA, but becomes one of the greatest players to ever play the game of basketball.
