It's been a while since I read the first volume but it didn't take me long to back into the swing of things. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The graphics are wonderful and Ms. Marvel showed up in it as well! So the Terrigan gas got Moon Girl and now she is an inhuman. What are her powers? I'm not spoiling it. Also a Kree boy is on a mission to prove to his father that he can find and capture an inhuman. Hmmm.. wonder who he's going after? Full of action and adventure and I just love the Moon Girl character. ( ) I knew I shouldn't have read this, but it was free from the library and I thought maybe they fixed some of the problems from the first volume. Nope. Instead of leaning into a madcap zany tone to cover up all the plot problems with this series ("Hi, I'm a fourth grader hiding a forty-foot dinosaur in the middle of New York"), the creators chose to get even more serious in tone, doubling down on the elementary school angst and leaving all the ridiculousness of the story just waving in the breeze for all to see. No more for me, thank you. Lunella finally succumbs to the Terrigen Cloud and her Inhuman power is not a desirable one (SPOILER: she switches minds with Devil Dinosaur and has no control of when it happens). In other news, Mel-Varr, a.k.a. Marvin Ellis, a.k.a. Kidd Kree, a 9-year-old trying to prove his place among the Kree by capturing Moon Girl, makes life difficult for her both at school and during her crime fighting activities at night. Ms. Marvel even has to step in and break up their squabbles. It's a good story arc with a lot of humor and a lot of pathos. Zeige 5 von 5 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
