This pop-up story can assure the young nervous trick-or-treater that Halloween isn't too spooky, with flaps revealing the initially scary noise or appearance is actually nothing to fear. I wish the book came in a larger size and that the pop-up flaps were cut smaller. Even the most careful adult reader would have the flaps bent in no time, and I can it quickly getting shredded in circulation. ( )
