This is a beautifully presented hardcover cookbook with some of the most mouthwatering scrumptious pictures I have ever seen, and the dishes aren't to bad either. The recipes are broken down by geographical location and basic types, that give the reader an exciting bunch of entrees in each category.
I really enjoyed the laid back approach to good food and good living that I felt right from the second I opened the cover. The recipes are easy to follow and understand, very simple with some unbelievable food combinations, and suggestions right in the description for even more substitutes. I would recommend this creative collection of restful yummies to anyone who is looking for a new taste in good taste. Thanks Ainsley.
