When I first started reading it I wasn’t sure how I would feel about it. I did struggle through the first few pages. I’m not exactly sure what it was about the writing but I had a hard time getting into it every time I picked the book up. However, as soon as I would get through a couple of pages I would be right into the story and I didn’t want to put it down.
While I was reading it part of me was thinking about how unhealthy Aleksio and Miras relationship was, but the other side of me loved it. Which needless to say kind of confused the hell out of me. I thoroughly enjoyed the action, and I found some parts so funny that I had to laugh out loud. I was just so pulled in and invested in the story and the characters that I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough.
Overall I really enjoyed reading this book, and I would love to get my hands on book two, Wicked Mafia Prince. (
