I enjoyed reading this book because it talked about things that are a color in the poem of that color; for example, the yellow page poem talked about dandelions and the sun, or the orange poem made a joke with the fruit orange. This would be a good book for primary students who doing art projects or learning about poetry.

This is a collection of poems about colors and what objects can be those colors. It is great for younger level elementary, it takes you through areas of the world and what colors there are. I think it could be a great thing to use and connect poetry to art. Or to use in a setting when learning colors! ( )

I think this book would be great for younger elementary. It takes you through different areas of the world through colors. Every page had a color designated to it and the writing correlating to the color as well. (Beautiful pictures). ( )

A great way to introduce poetry to a group of young children. After reading this story, I would have children create their own poems about their favorite color.
