Carrie Anne Ryan writes great books that stand on their own but also help to flesh out the world that all her intertwined stories exist in. She is one of my favorite cozy Sunday afternoon/relaxing beach day reads. All of her books are must reads for me. (

This is the first in a series spin-off of Carrie Ann Ryan's Montgomery Ink Series. In this book longtime friends Addi and Mace take the next step and become lovers. Their relationship becomes complicated when Mace's ex takes a job in Japan leaving Mace as the full-time caregiver for his young daughter Daisy.
This is a quick read, the charcters are strong and lovable. There is someone making trouble for the new Tattoo Shop which adds some mystery to the story but provides a satisfying ending to add to the Happily Ever After. (

Have to say that I am a total LOVER of every book that Carrie Ann Ryan has written. Fallen Ink is no exception. Bringing in a fresh group of tat artists in a new location is brilliant, especially since they are family.

Of course, I wouldn’t expect anything less than every feel, from suspense to love, to falling for the guy you didn’t think would make you feel anything but friendship. This book was a total one sitter for me. I could not put it down!!! 5 STARS!!!!!
