This book would be great to use for a social skills lesson on being kind and humble. It would also be great in first or second grade to teach how illustrations enhance the story and help describe characters, setting, and events. ( ) A very powerful story about a princess who does not care that she is not pretty, but cares more about being smart. When her father is in his death bed, she must travel to the end of the world to get magical water. On her way, she performs good deeds to strangers, who in turn magically change her into a beautiful girl with lots of gold. When her step sister sees this, she goes off to find the magical water herself. Yet, she is not kind hearted and is magically changed into a fat, ugly princess. The moral of the story is a classic: treat others how you would want to be treated! Zeige 2 von 2 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
