This booklet has a lot of jam recipes as well as points on how to preserve what you make. I like how the recipes aren't heavy on using commercial pectin. It also has tips on what types of fruits are naturally high in acid/pectin and which aren't.
I can't wait to try out some of these recipes once fresh berries are in season and our farmer's markets are open again! ( )
