This book is the true story of Mary Golda Ross and her journey to becoming an Aerospace Engineer as a Cherokee woman.
This would be a great book to use as a read aloud or when talking about space/engineering to also have female and Native American representation.

Great book! I loved learning about Mary Golda Ross, and I loved how the author made sure to talk about how her Cherokee background influenced the choices she made in her life. Stellar book about a fascinating and talented person. ( )
