A book that starts as a hit-and-run story and then turns to the age-old question of can money buy happiness. I couldn't believe this book was the author's first novel since I was hooked. really wish I could’ve given this book five stars. but unfortunately it was predictable. up until I figured how everything clicked together I was hanging on the edge! even after, I still wanted to see how it all wrapped up. overall, a really good quick read! ( )

I got this free with Amazon Prime. There wasn't really enough plot here to fill a whole novel, and the twist was obvious from very early on. Decent writing though. ( )

I actually feel that sad sense of loss you get when you finish a really good book or tv series and realize you’ll never see the characters again. Each character was so well developed and lovable and although this wasn’t as face paced as the books I usually like, it was sooo good and had me totally consumed til the end. Will definitely be on the look out for the authors next one! ( )
