Could not finish. It is badly written and pretentiously over-reaching, promising the peddled method to be THE silver bullet to solve all issues, without regard to type of business, situation, et cetera. She displays no awareness of differences in business culture or legal frameworks, and certainly has no idea about the way they inform each other. And so a lot of her ”patent” advice is actually bad advice, in some situations. This would not be bad if only she acknowledged it, showed some honesty about when her methods would work. But she doesn’t. And I lay that at her feet. ( )
