I also, first misread the title and thought it had something to do with The Nightmare Before Christmas. My bad, I know. However, I found this poem very cute and it breathed Christmas feelings. I wish I'd known it earlier, because it really feel like a classic. It doesn't take a lot of time to read, so I would definitely recommend it! First published anonymously in 1823--and later attributed to Clemente C. Moore--The Night Before Christmas is arguably one of the most famous and cherished Christmas poems of all time. Moore's depiction of St. Nicholas played a significant role in our modern conception of Santa Claus. It is, and always has been, the quintessential holiday tale. I actually love this story and although it is probably better to read on the 24th of December to the little ones. It was great to just read it for a second and enjoy it. (
