This sweet book with lovely full-color illustrations tells the story of the birth of Jesus. For each day of Advent, a short prayer is included, fitting in with the story. I like this as an Advent calendar for children and guardians or siblings to share together. This book brings out the true meaning of Christmas amongst all the other aspects of the season that are vying for one's attention.
