I don't have much to say about this book. It was typical Leigh, though I thought the "plot" was absolutely absurd. The sex was OK for the most part. ( )

Very touching and moving towards the end, although it was a bit predictable. I liked it and I think the series is getting better and better with each book. ( )

This is probably the best book so far in this series. This story is about Jared Raddington and Kimberly Madison. We have seen Kimberly in one of the earlier book but I am not sure her name was mentioned. This is the first time that we have seen Jared however. Jared's dad is one of the founders of The Club. The Club is the place that the Trojans hangout and find their thirds for the menages they set up for their wives. This is also the first time that we meet Ian Sinclair. The reader doesn't get to know much about Ian but I guess that will be taken care of in the next book. Ian is the current owner of The Club.

Kimberly is the daughter of an uptight Senator that makes her have physical exams every three months to prove she is still a virgin. She has to stay a virgin until she is 29 or she gets married in order to inherit Briar Cliff. Kimberly has been a pawn in the game of hatred and mistrust that her mother and father have waged most of her life. Kimberly is determined to break the will that has made so many miserable but she hasn't counted on falling in love. She falls in love with Jared and he isn't a man that her father would choose for her to marry.

Jared has been in lust and then love with Kimberly for a year. He is willing to wait for five years so Kimberly can inherit her legacy. He is all dominant alpha hero. He is compassionate, caring and responsible. HE is also a former Special Forces solider so he can take care of himself and Kimberly.

This is the first book in this series to make me cry. There is so much heartbreak and hurt in the latter part of this book. You just want to take Kimberly's father and shake him like a recalcitrant puppy. Everything works out in the in but there are times you aren't certain it is going to happen. The sex scenes are steaming hot and will make you glad that it is still cold outside. LOL This is a great addition to this series and more than worth the read. ( )
