A lot of the same Rah Rah I have a simple, fail safe, diet that will solve all your problems and you won't be hungry junk. Eat a balanced diet. Check out the American Heart Association website. ( )

another attempt at weight loss through better cooking. Portion control is key. As is no alcohol. Dammit.
