This book is adorable. I love how this book has the characters from Curious George. This makes the illustrations more relateable to children because they know who the characters are and grew up watching them. The language in this book is also very cute. It has such an inspiring message of what happens when you graduate; and how much you can make a difference in the world with how you are. I would recommend this to be read at an elementary school graduation or to be given as a present. ( )

Another in the graduation/inspiration picture book canon. The text seems somewhat forced in order to match the available selection of Curious George illustrations. Sometimes it works (see "Whatever you do, you will find your own style"), sometimes it doesn't ("The feats you imagine you'll just have to try...and imagination can lead to invention."). ( )

This book does not really have a story but it is more explaining growing up and moving on. This book tells children that it is okay to be scared or mess up but to keep trying and they can accomplish anything! The message in this book is so inspiring which is the main reason I think it is a great book. There are not many words in this book so the child, depending on the age, may be able to read along with help just on the big words (such as imagination).
I think this book is a great book especially to children when they are moving into a new phase in their lives. It has great illustrations that show the different aspects of growing up that match perfectly with the words. ( )
