Rebecca moves to rural Alberta after an accident that left her with a residual limp. Rancher Joe is poor - and what does he have to offer the new rich girl? But he's attracted to her - and the limp doesn't bother him. Sparks start to fly as the fight the attraction. ( ) It's a romance novel - take it for what it's worth - the love story of a rundown farmer and a rich city girl. I didn't expect much from this book and was pleasantly surprised by the realistic light in which the characters were drawn. Both Rebecca and Joe had some real-life issues to deal with, which made reading about their romance interesting. The ending was abruptly happily-ever-after-esque, but other than that, it was a very believable and enjoyable read. Zeige 2 von 2 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
