I enjoyed this one ore than the first one lit got very dark and very unnerving for a book I feel is for 5th or 6th graders , but it was really captivating with the virus. ( )

This book is another book about Atticus Higginbottom. Weird things are happening to him and when he thinks things are going right he gets sent on some kind of mission. He is almost killed multiple times and he thinks that Master George sent him, and that it is getting kind of serious. Each place that he has been sent to on this weird mission that he thinks it is. Something weird happens and the world around him and it kind of mutates of a sort. He ends up getting separated from his friends and taken to a villain named Reginald Chu’s place and Mistress Jane is sent there too, they are ordered to kill each other. Tick is able to get into the room where Chu’s invention called the Dark Infinity and he tried to kill Mistress Jane with it using Chi’karda. Chu was thrown off to the Nonex because he saw his Alterant.

This was a great book filled with action. I really liked the fact that it has characters that are relatable to. I also like that it has a really cool plot. I gave it the rating that it did, because it is really interesting and fun to read. It is really descriptive and it is great. I always get really into the story. This is one of my most favorite serieses, I loved it! ( )

In this story there are 3 main characters. In the beginning, Tick and the others are just relaxing for the summer. Then Master George comes and tells the realitents that Mistress Jane is trying to control Dark Matter, and Mr. Chu is spreading a virus that makes people go crazy. Tick, Paul, and Sophia go on a recon to Mistress Jane. While there they tick gets teleported to a unknown place with Mistress Jane. While here Tick is tasked to kill Mistress Jane and Vise Versa. But, They agree to try and take over Mr. Chu, Meanwhile, at base Master George and the rest of the realitents are going to bum rush Mr.Chu's place to destroy Dark Infinity and save Tick. While doing this Tick explodes with Chi Karda and damages Mistress Jane.

This book is a great book for the following reasons. First, there is a lot of fast pace action. For example, When tick was bursting with energy there was things happening in the background, and Tick was thinking many things. Secondly, This book is very sad and dramatic. For example, When Sato goes to get the cure, he gets infected and goes crazy. Lastly, There is humor in this book. For example, Paul is constantly trying to get close to Sophia, and Sophia constantly roast him. In conclusion, this is why this book is a great one.

While the story itself is an adventurous one, there are hints and suggestions about a bigger story. Tick's growing powers, Mistress' Jane's change, and Sato's growing trust in the Realitants all suggest that there are more interesting and complex storylines to come. ( )

Readers will be as puzzled as the characters, who tumble from one complex and outrageous situation to the next, rescued from each at the last minute--sometimes with no explanation. But it all holds together remarkably well, encouraging suspension of disbelief to make way for glorious flights of imagination.
