I've had a lot of fun with this cookbook. All the ingredients are simple and pure, and the outcome always gets rave reviews. Highly recommended. ( )

I love baking and wanted to start making some more healthy things, rather than cookies and cakes all the time, so I thought getting in to muffins might be a good idea. That said, everything I've made so far from this book rates on the sweet end of the scale and not the healthy end, but I can only blame myself for that!

What I've made has all been successful and good. There's a good variety of sweet, savory, fruity, vegetable based, and classic muffins in the book. Nothing, so far, has been too difficult and doesn't call for unheard of ingredients, but the muffins all taste deliciously gourmet. And, it's full of beautiful pictures. ( )
