Outside of the Bible, this is the book that has become my guide. From the day I read this, I made a life commitment to never let a destructive person wreak havoc in my life again. On several occasions, there have been narcissists and borderlines, but saying no was the answer to their manipulations. My life is much much happier because of Boundaries. ( )
