The ultimate novel of the Millennium from the most exciting new thriller writer on our list. Perfectly readable thriller, a good page turner which for me is always the acid test for this type of book. If we're being picky, it's slightly over written in parts, the technology material doesn't appear to be internally consistent or feasible, and some of the character backgrounds are a bit convoluted or cliched. In short, could probably have done with some tighter editing. ( )
