Useful and down-to-earth book, aimed at students but helpful to anyone doing research. It takes the reader through the structure of a finished project, telling you what should go where, how much you should put in each section, and explaining many of the theories behind people's practice and writing. I got a lot of useful stuff out of it for my methodology and also information on how to code up my questionnaire responses - so of great practical use to me. Written in a friendly and conversational style with examples from the author and his students' own work. ( )
