Despite an unhappy childhood and a bitter divorce from his first wife, Gordon Solie went on to become the best-known face on the "Superstation" in Atlanta as host of "Georgia Championship Wrestling." Unlike many books on legends of the "squared circle," this biography tells both the good and the bad. The book is filled with great interviews with race car drivers and wrestlers from Solie's early broadcast days as well as comtemporary popular entertainers such as broadcasters, Jim Ross and Mike Tenay.
