The book is divided geographically by state, with listings of orchards and recipes. If you love to go fruit picking in New England, and often end up with a large amount, this book is for you. I have 25 pounds of apples, what do I do now?
The recipes, while all containing fruit (or vegetable), manage to include a nice selection of dishes. The book is clearly a labour of love for the author; so much care is put into the writing. An enjoyable read.
