I picked this up on a whim at the grocery store. I made the recipe for Posole with a little bit of my own improvisation and it came out pretty good. Now that I'm looking through this cookbook again, I'm thinking I need to make more of these recipes. This recipe for Picadillo looks good. The last recipe I tried for Picadillo just didn't taste that good.

In the ingredients in all caps format, Mexican American home style with hints about handling chilis, corn, serving the dish. A comfortable and modern book to keep handy.
