Jim Brandstatter played for three years on varsity Wolverine teams that compiled a record of 29-5, won two Big Ten Titles and appeared in two Rose Bowl games. During these years he forged a lasting friendship with legendary coach Bo Schembechler and many other Michigan greats. This is a great compilation of some of the greatest moments and stories that happened at Michigan Stadium. Brandstatter, a former UM player, does a nice job of detailing each story, as well as spreading them out over the 80+ year history of football at the Big House.
If you love MICHIGAN FOOTBALL, then this is a must have. Jim Brandstatter has been covering Michigan football for years as a broadcaster on the radio. Before that, he played for the Maize and Blue from '68 - '71.
