This book is an absolute treasure! I thoroughly enjoyed every page, and am so glad I stumbled onto it when I did. As we all know, it's the simple things in life that really make all the difference. This is an honest telling of a life changing decision for Hilary Burden. Originally from Tasmania she had been living in the fast lane in London, as a magazine journalist, and made the decision to return home, to embrace a slower way of life on the other side of the world. She came to live in a beautiful but small, some would say isolated town in North East Tasmania. Here she begins a new life, renovating the old 'Nun's House' that became her home, restoring the over-run, neglected garden, making new friends, and ends up with a job on ABC radio, AND establishes a home run business selling organic produce!
