I am teaching myself how to play the keyboard, and this book has been so helpful! After playing the violin for years growing up (and then taking a long hiatus from playing anything), I've found the most difficult thing for me is to relearn how to read music. This book really helps with that, walking through finger placement and using scales, exercises and short songs to help cement what I'm learning. It's rather hard to teach myself, but this book has really helped thus far!
