No letter today and other country and western songs.… von Wilf Carter
One of those many wonderful RCA Camden re-issues, doubtless at the the folk-revival market of the Sixties. What a pity that more folkies didn't pay attention to fine singers like Montana Slim. Of special appeal here are the songs "Waitin' for the maple leaves to fall" and "Cowboy Heaven". Sadly, like all these Camden country/folk endeavours, there's barely enough material here to fill one side: the two sides contain only 10 songs for a total time of 27'58".
