I love this book. I just went to NYC the first time in March and the most memorable place was the new 9/11 Memorial Museum. I am glad this book is available to read at my leisure. What a sad day when such wonderful yet normal people, each one special in their own way, were killed by the terrorists. I am glad this book included both victims from WTC and Pentagon and I think there was one from the flight that went down in Pennsylvania. Thank you for compiling these letters into this book.
